there is a folder named Windows in the c:/ drive. There is another folder within the Windows folder that says “System 32″. System 32 is perhaps the most important folder on all PC. NEVER delete anything from this folder.
Ok open a “Search Window”
I am usuing Vista so in my case i would go to start>and click on search on the right (black) section.
Type mqemdksv.dll
If a result shows, IT HAS TO SAY THIS: mqemdksv.dll
if it does, copy and paste into System 32 folder. You might need to get permission from the computer admin (the person who has control of it like you perhaps)
Then there should be no problem.
Other solution is to: look for the file online, download it and paste in system32 folder.
If you need more help, let me now by email or any other way.
Good luck!
