when i want to un-install the program comodo firewall, a error message come as:?

cfpconfg.exe - Unable to Locate Componet
This application has failed to start because farmework.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem.

When i try to re-install the program, nothing happens. It just ask to un-install the previous installation. But process not occurs.
I can't un-install it Add-Remove program from control panel, nor for safe mode.

How should i install this application?
