      mcAfee is a horrible and obselete anti-virus program and is more like a trojan, a few months ago there was and update for it that would stop computers from turning on, i reccomend avira, avast, avg, or malawarebytes.

      WalMart sells McAfee discs that work on both desktop and notebook computers. As long as the notebook has a CD drive then this would work.
