Where can i download the zuneusbconnection.dll file off the internet?

i connected my zune and it says i need the zuneusbconnection.dll.
When i plugged my zune in a week ago it would charge but not connect or sync. it made the connecting and disconnecting noise over over again until i unplugged it. ive tried restarting the zune uninstalling the software and reinstalling it. downloading previous versions of zune. i found a master reset button combo. (up on pad and back button then center, left and back button. now it wants me to restore the device firmware.) i have a brow 30 gig zune.
