Ebay is what I prefer. Cheaper than anything.

Don’t buy from NewEgg. They’ll only issue a replacement with like 6+ dead pixels, and no refund option either. Go to Best Buy and actually have a look at them.

Im not sure of where you live, but wal mart has 20″ monitors for $190, and Im sure that places like best buy, or your local tv repairmen, pawnshops, etc. might have something cheaper than that, maybe even bigger. Good luck on that one, I have gotten steals from places like that, but it’s always when I’m not looking for it.

The best place to get a monitor (though it may not be a 22″ flat screen) is on Freecycle.com in your city and the surrounding area. You can get anything for free. I just got a 20″ screen for mine and it didn’t cost a penny!!

Cost is going to depend on the size.
