Where can I intentionally download XP antivirus w/ blue Spyware warning wallpaper? ?

**Need it for Testing purposes for Tech resolution**
I have downloaded several XP antivirus 2008 and 2009 variants but all are just basic one wherein killing the process+deletion alone resolves the issue. I am particularly looking for the variant that shows a locked blue spyware wallpaper ( http://fix-computer-problem.com/rogue-antispyware/antivirusxp2008/images/antivirusxp2008_warning.jpg ) . Can anyone please give me the download link of the variant that even disables run command and control panel change and/or IE corruptions. I have downloaded the easier versions fo xP antivirus but I need the complicated one with locked desktop.
