where i can install windows movie maker for vista?

can someone give me a link to where i can download the movie maker for vista on microsoft.com because im having a really hard time! plz help =(

      Windows Movie maker is already in your computer. Check it on Start>Programs. If you can't find, you may not have installed it. Install it Control Panle>Add/remove Programs>Add/remove Windows Components. Install the Windows Movie Maker.
