Ok. I bought Norton 360 and I don't know How to download it. I checked in the FAQ on their website and clicked on ''how to download and install your purshased norton product''. Fine!
They explain all the steps. So, they ask me to type my order number and my password to find my order, and when i do so, It brings me to another page. until now, everything's fine.
But then the second step says: On the Order Summary page, click Download…
But I can't find this button!!! The Order Summary is only a page with my adress on it, the cost, my name and the name of my norton product.
There's no link to a ''download page''. Just, nothing.
So im stock there…
Please, if you know how to solve it, if the same problem happened to you, tell me what to do!
btw, don't say : call them. >:(
I can't call them because I don't live on the same longitude so when I'm awake, they're sleeping.
