In my opinion, neither.
A very good, free anti-virus available to download is AVG 8 Anti-virus:

And for any spyware problems, get SpyBot - Search and Destroy:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/mirrors/index.html
Both are free, as powerful as paid programs, like Norton and McAfee, and don’t use up as many resources.
Just boot into Safe Mode (Press F8 when turning on the computer) and run full scans.
NOD32 is also a very reliable AV, but you have to pay for it, so AVG is what I’d recommend.

Panda antivirus is best antivirus.it has 1.800.000 data base has anti virus,firewal,antispyware anti-dialer,anti-rootkit.Is best and most expenssive antivirus today but for 2 months is free and then you just reinstall it!Bad thing is that it use a lot of ram .Over 100 mb of ram everytime!

i have installed bitdefender total security 2009 RC trial.. it more beter perfomance and have improved than BD 2008 edition.. but i still on my KIS 2009 bcoz my licence still active untill next year. KIS and BD 2009 is the best.
