I was wondering which spyware should I use and which is better. WIndows Defender, Adware free, or spybot- search and destroy. I know spybot has some nice feature like immunize and the file shredder, Windows Defender is the only free one with real time protection but i don’t know how good that is. (it takes so long to scan too) and i don’t know much about adware. Which one should I use and is it okay to have more than one anti-spyware on your computer. Right now i have spy bot and windows defender. Also which one uses more CPU usage. Thank you

Yep you can have as many anti spywares as you like.
Spybot i reckon is the best I don’t use the others…
I also use spyware blaster

You can use multiple antispyware programs on your computer as long as you dont run them at the same time. You should never use an antiviurs program with real time protection or more than one firewall at the same time though.

I’m using Windows Defender. It’s ok for me. It is better to keep only 1 anti-spyware.

You can keep them all if you want, should be no conflict.
Only have one anti-virus program installed though.

Spybot is good but maxes out cpu usage big time. I recommend SuperAntiSpyware and Malwarebytes AntiMalware these are two of the newest and best antispyware/antimalware programs to date. Spybot and Adaware are not as good as they used to be. If you want to stay on top of today’s newest threats you also need to run some of the newer security programs as well.
