I don’t like suite
If I was looking for a good AV then I would look at Eset Nod32, as good as kaspersky but a lot lighter & faster.

Go for kaspersky internet security suite.
This picked up worms and Trojans on my computer that avira didn’t.

In my opinion, neither-my personal favorite is Norton Internet Security 2008. I have been using Norton Antivirus for over a decade. In addition, I run Spyware Doctor.

Kaspersky is the best in detection , but hog a lot of memory (RAM)
Avira is good in detection too and does not hog memory , easy to use , simple interface and VERY fast scanning >_<
