Why am I getting an error message that says "Connection refused"?

I log into My Yahoo and when I try to open my email, I get the error message "Connection refused". If I'm online and can access ANY other website and other email providers, why is Yahoo locking me out of my inbox?

      Probably a problem at Yahoo's end - lots of people with this sort of question at the moment. Try again later.

      Yahoo has been upgrading the classic mail, causing the server to go offline ant times. You can access your email at one of these links, it's basic, but it works for now. http://us.m.yahoo/com/p/mail http://de.m.yahoo/com/p/mail
