I walked away after closing my email screen and when I can back there was a screen up about a credit card apt.This is not the first time or the other thing that has came up on it’s own and don’t know why or what to do about it.

You've likely been infected with spyware/adware. Lavasoft makes a great free application that can clean that crud out for you.

Going by your description, it doesn’t appear to be a virus but it could either be a trojan or spyware. There are a lot of sites that allow users to run spyware check online for free. Try http://housecall.trendmicro.com/?svypg=2… and get it fixed.

Drive-by malware infection, remove for free with the following, download and boot into safe mode after installing and updating:
Malwarebytes Anti-Malware:

Download, install, update and select Full Scan.
Remove all infections that it finds after scan.
SUPERAntiSpyware Free Edition:

Download, install, check for updates, then select Scan your Computer, select your drive and select Perform Complete Scan
Spybot S&D:

Download, install, update and Immunize, turn off Tea Timer then click 'Check for problems' then when complete select all and then 'Fix Checked'
Open Spybot, click on Mode, select Advanced, click on Tools then Resident and untick Resident 'Tea Timer'
Do NOT untick Resident 'SD Helper' as that is your protection.

SmitFraud Removal
This tool will remove Desktop hijacking malware. Firstly, download the removal tool from here:

then follow the instructions on the same page
ONLY IF the problem persists, turn OFF System Restore, Right click My computer > select Properties > System Restore Tab > Tick Turn Off System restore on all drives and scan with the above programs in Safe Mode - tap F8 during boot before Windows splash screen and select Safe Mode.
After scans are complete and machine is clean remember to turn system restore back ON and create a new restore point.

For thoroughness, its hard to beat Spyware doctor. (It was PC Mag’s recent Editors Choice winner.) around 30 bucks for 3 PCs
I’ve used the program along with Anti-virus on a number of tech support calls and have been very satisfied with its performance.
Adaware, Spybot and SuperAntiSpyware are some free anti-malware choices too.

do a port scan to see if you are being hacked. if any of your ports are opened and is visible to the outside world then it is possible you can get hacked easily!
