Ok, so I just downloaded Pencil (a traditional animation program) and decided to extract all my files (including the .dll files) to my desktop, and I don't want my .dll files from Pencil to be on my desktop.
So I try and delete them, and it says that I need permission to delete the file, I have permission to (because only I use this computer, I'm the administrator of this computer) but it says I have to try again…I click that button and it's denying access to go in the Recycle Bin >.>
Are those files stuck on my desktop FOREVER? Or is there a way I can get rid of them?

Right-Click the .dll file and under properties, there is an empty box with the word "Hidden" next to it (so that it has a check mark next to it). after that, press "Apply" and then "OK" and you're done, I guess. idk if this works for Vista
