I tried to uninstall now and it gives me an error message. I do not have a disk nor a product key- It came with the computer. I have tried the norton uninstall tool and it also does not remove the program. I really just want norton off my computer please help!??!?
Yes at first I went the control panel to uninstall. I have tried the revo uninstall progame as well and that programe tries to use norton built in uninstaller. So then it cleaned out the files. But I still have the icons and my security center still says norton is active but is off and I cant turn it on..

how did you try to get it off the installer from norton or did you use the control panel and remove program then try it in there
