Why can't I download AT&T Internet Security Suite powered by McAfee?

I have an AT&T Yahoo email account but I keep getting this message:
The AT&T Internet Security Suite may only be installed by the primary account holder listed on this account. Please log in as the primary account holder to install the software.

      Have the persone who pays the bills download it for you. They are the primary account holder/

      How much does the AT&A Internet Security Suite cost? I thought it was Free because I have AT&A Internet Access.
      juanita_davis@att.net. I don’t have the link to download it on my deskktop but can download it on my laptop. I’m the primary account holder. waiting on an answer.
