About 1 week ago my New Yahoo Mail stopped allowing me access with my Mozilla Firefox browser; it keeps saying my browser is not supported. I have downloaded the newest version of Firefox and get the same message. It will let me into Yahoo Mail Classic on my own pc but not New Mail. I contacted Yahoo and followed their suggestions and it seems that the problem is with my computer. I can access New Yahoo Mail using Firefox browser from a different computer, just not my own. Firefox has access through my firewall so that is not the problem. I accidentally downloaded Antivirus 2008 around the same time but have since removed it with my Spybot and I have switched to AVG from McAfee but it hasn't changed anything. HELP! I miss my New Yahoo Mail and don't want to use IE because it always stops responding and I like my Firefox!

Make sure that you have the latest version of Java installed, and that you've allowed scripts to be run (if you've got NoScript) that yahoo.com is allowed.
Frequently, pages that are blocked by the NoScript feature will say that you need to upgrade your browser. The same thing with an un-installed/unsupported Java plugin.
