Not trying to be mean but First you need to take that crappy Norton off and use Kapersky or Windows Live Onecare.

In Trend Micro/Norton Antivirus I had to go into Virus Controls; then Protection Against Viruses; click on Settings and uncheck the box that said “Threats in Web mail attachments”.
