I can get the e-mail but not the attachment

It possibly has a virus. That’s why Norton ANTI-VIRUS got rid of it.

Your email service will have checked it for viruses also, if it is a decent one, but norton may not have found it, because its naff.

your filter settings might have to be changed some times it is set so that you cant view due to the graphics .go to tools and check your settings or you might have to disable your pop up blocker.

It may be too large or your email administrator or program (Outlook is notorious for this) may be stripping it off. Try zipping it.
Outlook can strip off mdb, pdf, ect. file types.

Yahoo is still having some problems at the moment. Suggested cures range from Update Adobe Flash Player and Java script to clear IE7 cache, cookies, and browsing history. Different things seem to work for different people. It’s causing attachments to not show, 999 errors where it won’t let you do a particular action and some people cannot send receive delete or move mail. It’s not just Vista either it’s happening to some of us on XP. It may be a corrupted file and Norton contained it.
