I recently installed McAfee Virsu Scan Plus 2009, and now I need to verify my subscription. However, after right-clicking on the icon and clicking “verify subscription,” I recieve an error message that says McAfee can’t verify the request at this time. Why? How can I verify it? Thanks!

It might be that their servers are just too busy at the moment. Why not drop McAfee’s Customer Service a note and ask them what gives?
