i scanned my computer with registry easy and also used the junk cleaner and then after that i restarted my computer and then it had the x icon on the bottom right taskbar and i clicked it and it showed security center and it said it was off i clicked turn on and then it said the security center service can't be started. help? thanks
i checked it and it had 2 checks so imma use it but thats not the point the point is i need to turn on the security center and can any1 help me.

For starters i do not know where you got this registry easy or junk cleaner programs but McAfee Site Advisor has flagged tons of web sites for viruses and spyware.

open services.msc and then find service center. then click properties and then turn it on or enable it or put it to automatic. then it should work … or turn it on and it should work

click on “the windows button on your keyboard + R” in the command prompt that pops up write “services.msc” in the box (without the quotes”) and press enter….there you are…windows services

I turned it on only to have it go off again. What do I do? Does the security center have to be on for the firewall and virus protection on Vista to work? I HATE VISTA.
