Why cant i uninstall this game?

I have installed medieval 2 total war many times and have uninstalled it simple. But now when i go to uninstall it, it says removing saved games then it says removing empty folders then it just exists out and it is still installed. I tryed to delete every folder of medieval 2 total war but it still says it is taking up space and every time i try to uninstall it it does that thing i just said.
