I have tried to uninstall it, this is what it: cannot open list file Uninstall.lst. I have tried using a software removal program: Revo uninstaller but it still doesnt work.

you may have to remove it manually

uninstall it manually, delete it from program files and such, or re-install it and then uninstall it.

Winrar is actually a promo, you have to pay for the full thing after a few months or so and because of this there can be licensing problems when trying to uninstall…
Just find the folder with all the winrar stuff in it, right click, and delete, it's not a huge program, shouldn't be a problem…

Easy, you have to remove it manually. Its not as hard as it sounds.
Go to My computer
c drive - C: or it may be called local disk.
click programs files
and click on the folder "WinRAR"
right click and click delete then "Yes"
Then empty recycle bin and your home and dry.

finally run a registry cleaner
or delete it in safe mode
