Never had problems on my desktop. On my laptop, says "Error downloading 1 or more files. Try again later." Antivirus is not running in the background. Tried making PC Tools web site a trusted site. Any ideas out there? Using Windows XP with SP3.

Remove (uninstall) Spyware Doctor and then reinstall it.

Antispyware is just a crappy softwares use antivirus with builtin antispyware protection i reccomend to use Eset Nod32 or Kaspersky antivirus which blocks the spyware at the best level just use trail offer u can see the difference in a month
