I was trying the trial and when I would browse like say in ” My Pictures ” folder on my windows xp computer it would lock up and crash and it would not re-start properly( I couldn’t even get to the desktop), so I had to remove program in safe mode. Is there a solution or a fix to this? I am not currently using kaspersky products at the moment but I am thinking of maybe using kaspersky products when my anti virus subscription runs out. What do you think was the reason for the crash? (both these trials I tried separately, I have never had 2 anti virus products on pc at same time!)
