i dont have a bad computer or graphics card, but sometimes its really good and sometimes it lags, why does it do this, it acts almost human??? =S. Especially when car mods are installed it starts to lag, not sure why, i will choose best answer

it simply slows it down because that’s not how the game was made. its not like they made the game so you can mod it
