I m wondering why do companies give antivirus solutions without any profit? avast,avira,avg have free versions. those companies don’t want to earn something from that? they try make us trust them so we would buy the full versions???but many of us don’t,and we just have the free versions…

they probably believe that since people always make viruses, they should give back to the world and make a product free. they probably also believe people will buy the full version or at least donate.

Because they hope you’ll like the free version so much that your upgrade to the paid version.
