I have a M Audio Quattro audio interface and sound card. This is the one that looks like an aluminum box, not the newer one. When I try to run it through a USB hub, it crashes the system, and I get a “Blue screen of Death” (I think you know what I am referring too). I am running it with an ASIO driver, and when the computer makes a sound, is when it happens. If I run directly through the laptop (Toshiba Satellite) it works fine (ASIO and everything), but not through the HUB. Why does this happen? I also have a Akai MPD-16 controller that does the same thing (works from the laptop directly, but not from the HUB). What’s the problem? I would really like to run it through the HUB.
