      1) It means that those .dll files are different than what AVG recognises, nothing much to worry about.

      2) That only opens up when the computer doesn't know what to use to open the file, so it asks you to choose instead.

      trying using ad-ware for that,
the other window pops out because either the file is lost somewhere or messing

These are system files and keeps scanning them because they may be infected and it is not able to repair it. Install Spybot-Search&Destroy, update it and run a scan in safe mode. it will take care of the rest. Once the files are cleaned your problem of "Open this with" will also change.

u have nothing to worry about avg is just telling u that they have changed probably from an update(windows) they reside in ur master boot record
avg forums gets asked this alot

It is normal that AVG shows that files, the MBR or Boot record to have changed. These are done during normal maintainance, when you or windows updates files or have had to correct errors on the drive. The only time that you should worry is if they also show as infected.

To get AVG to quit showing them as changed, open the AVG Test Center, click the F3 key on your keyboard and tell it to accept the changes. If it still shows something as changed after this.. delete the file named AVG7QT.DAT in C:\ and AVG will rebuild it the next time it is run
