Why do videos load slow on my computer ?

Recently videos load really slow on my computer. I can go to regular websites fine but when videos play my computer becomes slow. The video and sound wouldn't match. The video would pause in the middle and won't finish loading. It takes several seconds to start loading. I have the latest Flash player. I have a virus protector. I cleared my cache. What is the problem ?

      If your C drive is filling up, you may not have enough space for windows swap. Clean up your C drive if its over 90% full. I usually try to keep my computer under 80% to be safe.

      not a good internet connection?
      get firefox - its supposed to be faster loading than safari and IE7
