why does AVG (8.0) anti-virus says everything is a virus?

June 20th, 2008 · 2 Comments

windows media player, warcraft, AIM, DFX for windows media player, etc ,etc and it even think ITSELF is a virus….when i open it a alert pops up saying AVG 8.0 is infected….what a stupid anti-virus program….a week a go everything was fine so i really dont know what the problem is…

everytime i would just click "Ignore" on the alert but the alerts always pop back up. i even reinstall my "infected" software and later AVG says it infected.

Probably all your windows media player, warcraft, AIM, DFX for windows media player, etc already infected by virus. Thats why AVG alert you.

      OR

      AVG itself infected by virus.

Some viruses keep on infecting files on your other computers. Maybe because of some virus, it is infecting files on your other computer. You must get some better antivirus like MC caffe, AZURUS, and remove at once viruses from all your computers and pendrives and be carefull while puttin in new CD's
