Why does it say this when i try to uninstall something?

Hey, I'm trying to uninstall something little from my laptop and every time i try to uninstall it, it says Setup.exe has stopped working….
~The laptop is new and its running pretty fast with no viruses
Anyone know a way to fix this ?
