It has been like this since i got it fixed about 4 weeks ago (Motherboard died). About every minute, the whole computer slows down for about 5 seconds. This is especially annoying when i am listening to music as it just slows it down about 3 times during it. Anybody know why?
Hmm, thanks for the input, do you know why this would suddenly start happening after i got a new motherboard but not before?
It can happen any time - browsing the internet, playing a game, even with just iTunes up, it still does it.

Your computer is low on virtual memory. The one I am using now did the same thing. You can purchase more memory online. Or, you could get rid of the programs you do not use, however I'm sure getting more memory is guranteed to work..

try to disable a antivirus or spyware scanner. These have periodic scans which can really slow down some machines. Especially during gaming or multi tasking.
Also, press Alt+ctrl+del. Under performance you can see how much available physical memory you have. That is your ram. if it gets below a certain amount, then it will use your hard drive, and decrease performance a lot.
Check to see if your music player and other multi tasking is using up large amounts of ram. That might be something easy to fix, just add more. =)
