Why does my Online protection suite not recognise that Norton AV is installed?

I have installed NOrton Antivirus installed cuz i reloaded the latest version of the yahoo browser. Now, the online protection suite does not recognise that Norton is installed. iT is giving me the appearance of an error..or a problem that exists..

      Not really understanding your question.
      If windows security center is not recognizing it then click IGNORE and select the option that you have an antivirus software and will monitor it yourself.

      Or something like that..
