Why does my Yahoo Toolbar space show blank when I open the My Yahoo or Yahoo mail page?

I have the upgraded Yahoo Toolbar installed, and all the icons and search features show up when I open my IE7 browser, except when I open Yahoo Mail or My Yahoo. I can't figure out how to make it show up. All I get is a blank space where it should be. This is only when I open a Yahoo page in the browser; if I open some other page, the Yahoo Toolbar is there. Is this intentional, or a glitch?
