whenever i try clicking on it it says steam.exe (main exception): unable to load library steam.dll. i have tried loading and unloading more than 5 times and it didnt work, i have takin my firewall down, allowed it through, and repairing it but nothing works. any tips on something new would be helpful, thanks

That's almost always a firewall problem. Have you looked at the Steam support article linked below?
If that doesn't help you, you are much, much more likely to get useful help on the Steam Support forums than on something like Yahoo!Answers.
