i recently bought a norton antivirus 2008 with antispyware in staples.when i put the cd in it doesn't do anything.like nothing shows up like install and other stuff.i can't dowload it cause it's a waste of money since i bought this one.what should i do?

maybe your cd rom drive has a problem detecting the cd. clean the optic part in the drive with a dry tissue.

Maybe autorun is disabled. Go to My Computer and see if the CD is on the list. If it is not then you have a hardware problem.

take it back and get a refund and then download avg8.0
