why doesn’t my kaspersky anti-virus 2009 cd work anymore?

i put the cd in to install but before installation it says error opening for writing kav.en.msi and when i try to install it from the computer it wont work either.

      scratched or mabey if you bought it, it has a limmit of instals on different computers
