After updating mcafee. and a few days later, I open up mcafee security suite to do a scan, and it opened, but all i see is a window, with the mcafee logo on the top of the window, but the rest is all white. just a white mcafee window, with nothing to click on. i restarted my pc, and the same thing happend, just a white window each time i click on mcafee. whats wrong, please some one help me fix this!
This is the full version, from comcast. for free, its only for comcast users, and i am a comcast user. this is not a trial version

Was it a registered version or did you have McAfee as trial.
When you have the registration, just uninstall it and reinstall it.
When it is a trial you have, it is possible, that the trial period is finished.
Then you better uninstall it and install a different security suite.

I have the same problem as another comment. My McAfee went out of subscription. I bought another new disk, and brought up McAfee and saw nothing but a white screen. Not even the install disk brought up anything different. There must be something blocking McAfee functions. This is happening on two of my pc’s not just one. It is a problem. I have both a supped up XP for my video working, and a Toshiba Vista pc for other work. This problem needs to be solved.
