Why is McAfee such a piece of ****?

I consistently have problems with it…

the constant file scanning slows down my computer greatly

sometimes the stupid program wont let me install a new program…it denies access to my system folder for putting in new files for a new program - and worst of all it wont ask me for my opinion on whether it should allow it or not…it just thinks it knows better than me. Rubbish!!!

And you can't even exit the program on command - no you have to use MSCONFIG, or better yet uninstall the darn thing…

What on earth was the company thinking making such a piece of junk…
