Call your ISP and ask if there are any problems in your area.

looks like not an issue with your comp. its a problem with your internet connection.

if you are using internet explorer first disable all plug-ins
and enable them one by one to see which plug-in creating the problem.
cross check them all.
alternately switch to firefox
scan your machine for viruses
run spy-bot

certainly check for system bios misplacement ,this comes whenever you start your computer press del within the first screen, then set it defaults.
dont try this firstly ,think your self being dull do what ever you can do with that ,if not reload your os again be happy

Perhaps you deleted something you shouldn’t have? If the only problem you are having is with the internet, then don’t bother messing with your drivers, bios, or anything else of that sort. You’ll only get yourself in trouble if you’re not knowledgeable in that sort of thing. Try doing a cold boot (turning the computer completely off, not just on standby or hibernate mode, and turning back on). If this does not clear the problem, have someone you know check your internet explorer settings. It’s possible you clicked something you weren’t supposed to.
