Why is my pc slow when I play games like Dirt and Assassins Creed.?

What can i do to improve my performance. My specs are:

-Windows vista ultimate
-Core 2 duo 2.2 Ghz
-2 Gig RAM
- NVIDIA Geforce 8800 GT

      My guess is since you're using Vista Ultimate it's taking up more of your resources because it's more of a ram hog then all the other copies of Vista.

      I would suggest upgrading your ram a bit more because even though you're in a game Vista is still going to take its slice.

      you sould just Upgrade your Computer Memory which is your 2 gig Ram.

      It's extremely easy to install RAM memory onto your computer's motherboard. Has your computer been getting sluggish lately? Installing new RAM is a very cost effective way to give your computer some extra juice.
