Call Norton and get a refund. You should get avira antivir or avg free. They are free and dont waste as much memory as nero. Remove your nero and install avg it will make your pc so much faster.

Better uninstall the norton antivirus 2006 from the computer and then install a fresh copy from CD or online and then run a liveupdate and full system scan.
