Couldn’t be because Obama has two of Fannie Mae/Freddie Mac’s former top dogs as HIS financial advisors, could it? Or that he is #2 in contributions from these two companies?
No media bias, eh? Yeah…RIGHT.

yes.
McCain saw the fiscal meltdown coming two years ago and tried to do something about it and helped propose reforming Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac.
The bill was shot down by members of Congress who were influenced by Fannie Mae and Freddy Mac lobbyists and the Black Congessional Caucaus. You know Obama's friends.
McCain:
"I join as a cosponsor of the Federal Housing Enterprise Regulatory Reform Act of 2005, S. 190, to underscore my support for quick passage of GSE regulatory reform legislation. If Congress does not act, American taxpayers will continue to be exposed to the enormous risk that Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac pose to the housing market, the overall financial system, and the economy as a whole.
I urge my colleagues to support swift action on this GSE reform legislation."
The Congressional Record.

Top dogs like this one?
Aquiles Suarez, listed as an economic adviser to the McCain campaign in a July 2007 McCain press release, was formerly the director of government and industry relations for Fannie Mae. The Senate Lobbying Database says Suarez oversaw the lending giant’s $47,510,000 lobbying campaign from 2003 to 2006.

Please look at the date on the front page of your newspaper, try to apply a little brain power, then see which of these stories is “hot news”, “off the press” and “current”.
OK, this might be too much to ask, so let me couch it in terms you can (hopefully) get.
If you were the editor of a gossip rag, who would you be putting as your headline/cover in 2008, a story about Paris Hilton or Jane Fonda?
