why doesn’t mcafee make stand-alone firewall and stand-alone sypyware as well as stand-alone antivirus. I used to have stand alone mcafee firewall in 2005 and also stand alone antispyware. After long time when i went to their site to buy firewall, i realize they only have security suite. Why?
some people don’t prefer security suite and want seperate AV and firewall.
security suite is more expensive than stand alone. i don’t see anything less than $40.

Don’t know, maybe it is more profitable for them to only make security suites rather than stand alone products.

Because there are more and more threats and more people want convience over needing to buy seperate ones, also it’s now cheaper to buy suite then stand alone.
