I have adaware2007, avg free edition and avg anti-apyware!
everything was fine until one day,
virus, spyware and trojans seem to have invaded my pc!
I removed it using all my anti virus softwares..
but the next day..my avg free edition and avg antispyware won't seem to work! i mean..it wont even respond! i clicked it several times but it wont start it's basic windows!
but luckily i still have my adaware up and running..
and it still detects malware and trojan in my pc!
i tried to system restore to solve the problem..
but it happens that even system restore failed me!
it's restoration was incomplete and could not restore!
i tried it several times..just failure!
is this the doing of a worm! or a trojan?
maybe a rootkit!
help me please…i don't want to reformat..
i mean i lost my xp cd..so i can't do that..
i tried downloading superantispyware,
but it seems even that was disabled by this unknown program or malware i just don't know..
help me please!

try running free online virus scanner first here http://www.bitdefender.com/scan8/ie.html then when that is clean try to uninstall and then reinstall the programs that are not responding.

i'm thinking a virus got the better of your anti-virus

Also, be careful in downloading free anti spyware, anti malware, anti adware applications…even those can have bad things in them…
I also recommend you do a free online scan using http://usa.kaspersky.com/products_services/free-virus-scanner.php
How good are you with computers? If you are good with them and know quite a bit, might want to look into UBCD4WIN, you can load windows XP with a lot of tools and run from disk. Like that you are always to even load a virus application to a CD and then boot from Disk. Search for UBCD4WIN, it might be able to help you so you dont have to reformat…it does seem you have quite a bit of viruses/or other bad ware…

Sounds like you are screwed Dude. Sorry. Suggest you try going into Safe Mode with Networking (typically F8 after Boot). See if you can do the System Restore. Usually you can purchase your lost cd from the vendor (manufacturer) of your machine (typically $10-$20). Without knowing what your anti-virus and adware/spyware software found, I can not say what you are infected with. SuperAntiSpyware is the way to go if you can get it to work (maybe it will work under safe mode). Also, if task manager works, you can try removing any unusual tasks or processes. Use the Internet to search the name if you are unsure what the task/process does. Good luck.
