Why my embedded wireless card stopped working when i upgraded my Window XP home edition to Pro?

June 25th, 2008 · 1 Comment

now, i can't get into the net….
It seems to be attempting to connect, because the little double-computer
icon is present on the taskbar. When I click it I get the the Wireless
Network Connection Status screen.

Under the General tab, it tells me the signal is good.

But under the Support tab, I get the following:

Internet Protocol (TCP/IP)

Address type: <unavailable.
IP address: <unavailable>
Subnet mask: <unavailable.
Default gateway: <unavailable>
