Why won't McAfee Security Center load?

I try to open McAfee Security Center, and it does, but it's just the frame with no content inside. It came standard with my computer (Acer Aspire 6920) which is a Vista if it matters.

Instead of pressing run, click save when it prompts you to download. Mcafee made my computer so slow, it was terrible, just to let you know, But then I'm a beginner at computers…
