My family and I just got comcast cable and internet service, when mom got it she also payed for mcafee anti virus and all computers we have downloaded it except mine I try running the file and it says it can’t connect to internet, but I checked everything out and my signals as high as it will go. I thin my entire problem is I downloaded this free anti virus software that was actually a virus or rather a bunch of them. No matter what I do it won’t run mcafee I don’t know enough about it to fix the problem myself, I REALLY need an extremely computer savy person and quick!
P.S. My OS is windows XP, Fire fox is my browser.

you must have another anti virus so if you want to use mcafee no other antivirus should be installed in your computer.
I have a windows xp and mcafee as well so I suggest you might
want to get rid of any previous one.

aditional note mcafee is a free service with your comcast service
for the internet.

Its probably a virus try this its a program called malwarebytes.
