When I go to Control Panel then Add or Remove Programs and try to uninstall it it says "Fatal error has occured" and it wont let me uninstall it.

This will sound stupid, but try installing it again, then re-try uninstalling it. Re-installing it might fix whatever is preventing you from removing it.
